KFC were embarking on a global campaign to point out that although they’re flattered by the imposter fried chicken joints, they will never be as good as the original.
We partnered with KFC and DCM, and took on the challenge of turning KFC’s ‘Imposter’ brand platform into something contextual to cinema.
So we chose the five biggest films of the year and set about creating five epic intros to those films.
Of course they were just cheap imposters.
Finally we localised every single ad to give audiences the precise distance to the closest KFC.
